Abstract

The present research aims to address the issue of Mufhoom e muKalif(diverting meaning) , according to the majority Uṣūl al-fiqh scholars,textual implication can be classified into the prouncd meaning and the implied meaning ,first of them is calledmuntoq,and second mufhom,the mufhom have two kinds,mufhom mufhom mukhalif and mufhum mwafiq,mufhom mokhalif is an important source consisting of various types to reach the implication meaning of legel texts,(نصوص شرع) it means to prove the contrary (نقیضmeaning of mentioned order in legel texts for nonprouned,mufhoom e mukalif also affects the rules of Islamic jurisprudence, so many rules of shara are based on the contrary meaning,it indicates to the breadth of meaning in legel textes,it has effect on the legel maxims,so many legal mexems are based on the mufhoom mukhalif,althow , the old latrautre are including the mufhom moKalif, it is used in the judments of council of Islamic ideology and the federal sharia court,so the effects of mufhoom mKalif diverting meaning) on ilmul usool are described by the basic books of fuqaha a arba,I have tried to mintion english translation of the tearms of usolul fiqh in this article,
