Abstract

The subject of interfaith exchange and comparative examination of religions has become significant in current occasions. Accomplishing harmony, destroying wrongdoing, and freeing society of all unethical exercises is an essential and equivalent need of all people with no qualification among common and eminent religions. Jewish and Islamic disciplines (Hudūd) are never examined as a normal theme. Although it is referenced as a sub-article, such books have been composed regarding the matter of violations and their disciplines in world religions. There are two methods for accomplishing harmony in the religion of our reality, the disposal of wrongdoing and the assurance of property, the first is the consciousness of heavenly discipline for transgression or the commission of wrongdoing and the second is the discipline of the oppressor based on nature. These common disciplines have been diverse in various times and religions, while in our cutting-edge world and in the progressive time, the disciplines of the heavenly religions are viewed as against basic liberties. This exploration paper unfurls disciplines (Hudūd) of Islam and Judaism and looks at them.
