No period of history has been free from the effects of customs and traditions, but it has been a general rule of law in every tribe, nation, and civilization. Therefore, acceptance of prevailing rituals can be seen in these Shariats also. Even the last Sharia introduced by the last Prophet, Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ in them, many pure Arab traditions have been made a part of the Islamic Shari'ah, and their observance has been described as a reward and reward.
The meaning of 'Rism' comes from 'rules and rules, from this point of view, there is nothing wrong with it. On the contrary, badness and evil are in the customs and traditions people invented in the name of religion.
It is a tradition that in ancient times, Jirga and Panchayat system was used to prevent enmities and killings among clans and families, and through this, such decisions were made. These decisions were made with the formal consent of the girls and the families to establish brotherhood in both families so that such incidents do not happen in the future.
In the beginning, although it was started with good intentions, over time, many flaws came to the fore, based on which there was a need to bring out the existing defects in Vini and make people aware of them. The paper presents an introduction to Vani and an exploratory review of its shortcomings.
